The fine print, in plain sight
A referred guest must be a new client who has never previously received a service at Complexion Co. Skin Studio.
The new guest's first completed service must have a regular service value of $75 or more to qualify for the $15 new-client reward and referral credit.
The new guest must provide the referring client's first and last name at the time of booking or before checkout so the referral can be properly credited.
The referring client will receive $15 in Complexion Credit only after the referred guest has completed and paid for their qualifying appointment. Cancelled, no-show, or refunded appointments do not qualify.
After 3 qualifying new-client referrals successfully complete their first appointments, the referring client will receive an additional $15 bonus Complexion Credit. Each new guest may only count once toward the bonus.
Referral credits may be accumulated and saved for future appointments. A maximum of $30 in referral credit may be redeemed per appointment.
Referral credit may only be redeemed toward services with a regular value of $75 or more.
The new-client referral offer and earned referral credits cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional offers, opening specials, package discounts, membership discounts, or other promotional credits unless otherwise stated by Complexion Co. Skin Studio.
Each new guest may name one referring client only. Referral rewards cannot be split or transferred between clients.
Clients may not refer themselves or create additional accounts/profiles to receive referral rewards.
Complexion Credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred, sold, or applied toward gratuity.
Referral credits may not be used toward retail products, gift card purchases, deposits, cancellation fees, no-show fees, or other fees.
Referral credit cannot be used to satisfy an appointment deposit. Any required deposit must be paid according to Complexion Co.'s regular booking policy. Eligible referral credit may be applied to the remaining qualifying service balance at checkout.
Referral credits are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Expired credits cannot be reinstated.
Complexion Co. Skin Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Rewards Program or its terms at any time. Credits already legitimately earned will remain valid through their stated expiration date unless prohibited by law.
