Are spa treatments included in the base package?
Treatments are selected and priced separately, allowing you to customize the experience for your group.

Yes! Each guest can select treatments that suit their preferences, subject to availability and scheduling.
Can I bring food or drinks?
Complimentary coffee, tea, water, and light refreshments are included. Additional refreshments and catering arrangements can be discussed during planning.
Can I customize the decorations?
Absolutely! Themed decor, personalized details, and additional styling are available as optional enhancements.
Is alcohol served during Sip & Spa events?
No. Our Sip & Serenity experiences feature nonalcoholic beverages and optional mocktail enhancements.
How far in advance should I inquire?
We recommend submitting your inquiry as early as possible to allow time for planning, staffing, and any custom arrangements.
Does submitting an inquiry reserve my date?
No. Your event date is secured once your booking is finalized and the required payment is received.
